Role Overview:
Join the service team at Indy Mahindru State Farm as an in-office Receptionist & Service Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that contribute to our agency’s ongoing growth and success. Your strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people will make you a key part of our team.
As a hybrid online and in-person insurance agency, we are based in Seaside, CA, serving clients licensed in California, Oregon, and Arizona. This position is office-based, with a preference for Spanish-speaking candidates due to significant foot traffic and incoming calls from current policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing timely and accurate policy information.
- Support customers with policy changes, updates, and general inquiries.
- Explain insurance coverage details and answer questions; coaching and licensing support will be provided.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system; in-house training will be provided.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations and outstanding service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach to everyday risk management and insurance solutions.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred due to client demographics.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain insurance licensing; all coaching and licensing fees will be paid and reimbursed by the agency.

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Seaside, CA.
- Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm .
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
- We have 7 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
